Vice President & General Manager of Perkins Products
David Morgan joined Perkins as the General Manager of Perkins Products in 2005. He is responsible for all aspects of the Perkins Products Division, including strategic planning, operations, manufacturing, research and development, and sales and marketing. He also oversees the manufacturing operation of Perkins’ product assembly plant in India.
Prior to this position, Mr. Morgan was President of Laurier, Inc., a U.S. semiconductor equipment company and Vice President of Operations of Bostomatic Corporation, a division of Agie-Charmilles Group, which specializes in the manufacturing and sales of high-speed machining centers for aerospace, telecommunications, and technology industries. He has held several other engineering and manufacturing leadership positions at technology companies.
Mr. Morgan received an MBA from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and a BS in Business Management from Daniel Webster College. He also completed doctoral coursework in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Morgan is a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership, which work in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Commerce to strengthen the global competitiveness of U.S. manufacturers.
